Meet The Team

Timothy Puckett
Tim is a University of Michigan graduate with over 32 years of experience in tutoring students of all ages in all academic areas. Some of Tim’s previous students have earned perfect scores on the ACT and SAT exams and have attended some of the most prestigious universities in the country, including Harvard and the California Institute of Technology. Outside of academics, Tim is the author of two children’s books and a former professional musician and composer.

Chuck Baker
Chuck is an atmospheric physicist specializing in severe weather, improving forecast accuracy through advanced modeling and data integration. With experience at leading research institutions, he is also a dedicated professor and mentor in mathematics and the physical sciences. An accomplished aviator and search and rescue specialist, Chuck also applies his scientific expertise to real-world challenges in remote and demanding environments. He is thrilled to share his love of math and science with scholars of all ages!

Tammy Clayton
Tammy is a graduate of Liberty University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, a Master’s degree in Business Administration, and a Master’s Degree in Educational Technology and Online Learning. She views teaching as a calling and has served as a teacher in both Christian and public schools. Her 35 years of experience includes teaching and tutoring all levels of high school math from algebra to introductory calculus, chemistry, and SAT and ACT test prep. She has written math content for test prep companies. Currently, she works as a high school math remediation teacher. She likes to show students how to apply math in practical ways. Tammy also enjoys playing the piano and singing. She and her family are involved in the music ministry at her church.
